Terms of Use.

Entries must be the original works of entrants and must not have previously been released.

When entering the competition, entrants should take any measures necessary to protect their own rights

All entries (posters, CD-Rom, etc.) become the property of the Organisers. The Organisers reserve exhibition, publication and reproduction rights on all entries without requiring permission nor payment to entrants. Information about design entry required for the entry will be provided upon request. Lightouch accepts no liability.

Submission of works is based on the advance understanding and agreement of participants that entered works will not be returned and may be exhibited in Singapore and overseas and at any other exhibitions.

Should the entry of a minor according to the laws of Singapore; win an award, written consent of the minor's guardian shall be required.

Projects must be free from copyrights and any kind of obligation. The design shall not in any way infringe any third party’s right, including but not limited to copyright, logos, trademark, trade names, or other proprietary rights of publicity or privacy.

Design intellectual property and Copyrights for the entries remain with their respective entrants.

Only entries with a declaration of authorship are accepted 

All expenses related to the entry will be borne by the designer.

All information and instructions on this website pertaining to the Lightouch competition is to be taken as a complete whole. This includes replies to queries, updates and amendments.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the conditions of the competition at any timewithout notice or further recourse to the participants.
