Winning lighting works from the Lightouch Design Competition 2007 will adorn the lobby of the New Majestic Hotel during the Singapore Design Festival.

Come revel in the winning work, 1296, which is likened to “a delicate dance that echoes through layers of contortion”, and “listen” to Singing Bulbs, a special mention work that inspires imagination, bringing to life the very light it emits, like the rhythm sung by birds, or be sparked by the ingenuity of Hurdle Lighting that will awe you with its innovativeness.

These contemporary works designed by international talents from China, Italy, France, Korea, New Zealand and Singapore will come together for the first time in its context in an old world landmark establishment.

Experience the eclectic contrast of creativity as it converges in the swanky mix of vintage and modernity of the New Majestic Hotel.

Lightouch Design Competition exhibition at Singapore Design Festival is supported by New Majestic Hotel.
